We thought we'd take you to the beach with this year's Mother's Day Kit!

We had Karen over at Blue Tulips (on Etsy) work her magic on the project bags. Each bag features the Fruit Beach Babes (they'll crack you up) on the outside, and a fully lined and patterned inside, which also includes a clear vinyl pocket for accessories. The bottom is squared for easier sitting and the bag is approx. 9" tall with a drawstring closure. A great size for one-skein shawls, socks, scarves and mitts.

Also in the kit - a special skein of Studio June's Super Cash Sock (80% merino, 10% cashmere, 10% nylon) in our Mother's Day colorway, called "Beach Glass". There are 435 yds. in this fingering weight skein, so it is plenty for socks or a shawl or whatever you want to make of it.

To round out the kit, we added in a cute flower tape measure (colors will vary), because everyone needs flowers (or a flower) for their special day.

Whether you're a mom, know a mom, or have a mom, we think you'll love this kit. And we won't tell if you just want to buy it for yourself.
