Yarn needed:
1 (2,2,2) balls (50g) self-patterning sock yarn (MC)
1 (1,1,2) balls (50g) solid 4-ply yarn (CC1)
1 (1,1,1) balls (50g) solid 4-ply yarn (CC2)
(50g or a 1 3/4 oz skein = 210m or 229 yds)

5 (5,6,6) 3/8" (1 cm) buttons

Needles: 1 pair 2.5 mm (US 1 1/2) & 1 pair 3 mm (US 2 1/2)

Gauge: 30 sts. and 42 rose to 4" (10 cm) over stocking stitch using larger needles.
