Yarn needed: 2 [3, 3, 3] skeins of Louet Gems Pearl [100% machine washable merino wool; 185 yards per 50 gram skein] (shown in Eggplant) OR similar fingering weight sock yarn.

Needles: Circular or double pointed needles size US #1.5 / 2.5 mm OR size needed to obtain gauge

Additional tools: Stitch markers (optional if using double pointed needles), Tapestry needle, Cable needle

Note: Size S can be knit with only 2 skeins of yarn for foot length of 8.5 inches. For longer feet, size S can be knit with only 2 skeins of yarn by shortening Cuff or by working one less pattern repeat in the Leg.

Gauge
32 stitches / 48 rows = 4 inches in stockinette.
36 stitches / 48 rows = 4 inches in Gothic Spire pattern.

Skill Requirements: Lace, twisted stitches, knitting in the round, grafting, chart reading.
