Just in time for summer, and fortunately quick to knit! This one-size-fits-all pattern is knit as a rectangle, cuff to cuff, and then folded in half lengthwise. Seams are sewn from each edge, leaving an opening at the center. Stitches are then piced up around the opening for the edging.
