A soft neckwarmer in two sizes (S/L) provides a chill-chasing layer as pretty as it is warm. Knit in a scaffolding" motif with a little openwork and some twist-stitch accents, it is finished with a knit-on border of lace points. This piece knits up quickly, travels well, and makes great use of a small skein of luxury yarn for a beautiful gift.
Substituting yarn and/or needles may result in an overall variation in size.

Suggested Yarns: String Theory Caper Sock, Hand Maiden Casbah or Cashmere and Silk, Sanguine Gryphon Bugga, or any soft fingering yarn with approximately 400 yards per 100 grams

24(28) inches around bottom edge (blocked)
Height from hem edge to top border = 6 inches

Gauge: 24 sts and 36 rows = 4" in stockinette (unblocked)
