Janet Leigh is the more mature, less revealing grown-up version of Jamie Lee! Janet Leigh is a fitted seamless shell with lacy ribbing at the hem and neckline, waist shaping, raglan cap sleeves and a shell lace panel traveling up each side.

The lace pattern is interesting enough to keep you from getting bored while you whip up the body, and the top gets done in no time at all. The lace on the sides is solid enough that your under"wear" won't show too much, but airy enough to keep you cool on a hot day. Besides having the cap sleeves, Janet Leigh is 1.5" longer than Jamie Lee... other than that the patterns are quite similar.

Sport-weight yarn. Example shown used a 100% pima cotton with 470 yards/6oz per skein. Yardage needed: 940(940, 940, 940, 1410) yds.
