Unfelted Gauge for bags: 2.75 st/inch and 4 rows/in using a double-strand of worsted weight yarn on US 11 (8 mm) 24" circular needles, or size to obtain gauge.
Yarn: any good felting worsted weight yarn with approx. 200 - 220 yds. / 100 gr. We recommend Cascade 220, here at The Loopy Ewe, and color numbers are given as suggestions below. http://www.theloopyewe.com/browse/yarns/cascade/220/
This pattern includes felted carpet bags in 3 sizes ("Smallish", "Medium-Sized", and "Rather Huge").
