Because you add and take away stitches in the course of the lace pattern, it is recommended that you knit a size smaller than you would normally knit.

Sizes: Women’s X-Small (Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, XX-Large) – leg circumference approximately 6 (6.75, 7.5, 8.25, 9, 9.75)” unstretched. Sample shown in size small.

Note: The fabric in this sock is very elastic.

Materials
• 355 yards fingering weight yarn
• Set of four size US1 (2.25mm) double point needles, or size needed for gauge

Gauge
32 sts and 48 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch. Try a gauge of 34 or 36 sts = 4” in stockinette for additional sizes.
