A group of us knitted this pattern to donate to Sheila's shawls for abused women. The pattern is Alix's prayer shawl and is available free of charge on the debbiemacomber.com website. Working from the neck down, you never got a feeling for how it would look when finished. It was fantastic to bind off and see what a nice size it turned out to be. Everyone's turned out a little different based on the size of the needles and the yarn used.
