Sounds like the cofree shop across the street from my office - 1 small decaf vanilla latte and a biscotti to go are always waiting for me!

I'm so glad that the socks are a blessing to you. A gift given for outstanding customer service! You are a 5 star yarn store:D

P.S. A little birdie told me your sock size. Think about that and something might ring a bell.....hehehehehe

Yeah, the barrista having your drink ready is really bad ;) I walked in the store last night for the second time in an hour to pick up something for my chief and they started steaming soy milk for me!!! Same thing happened today when I went in to arrange a pickup for Sunday morning. But the SM told me to bring in a thermos Sunday and she was going to fix my chief a special drink for Sunday.

I am waiting to hear when the Pirate's shipment arrives!!! You know which color I want....

Hi Andrea - you can make the cornbread rolls without the machine just by mixing and kneading it yourself. (I don't have a Kitchenaid, but I'm sure the dough hook would work great). After mixing and kneading, you just put it in a bowl, cover with a towel, place in a warm spot and let rise. After this first rise, the directions are the same. They're wonderful!

Hi Sheri,

Would the Rainforest colorway of Fleece Artist happen to be in that box you're waiting on? I'm getting ready to place an order, but I'll wait if that color is coming in soon.

Thanks!

You know the Peppermint Mocha addiction is bad enough, but every time I read your blog it makes me want to get another one. Dear hubby has been properly informed about how to get ahold of you for Christmas shopping...I, however, have huge doubts he would find it thrilling to buy me a sock knitting bag for $120. when he knows I already have a zillion bags. That may have to be a gift to myself:)
I am looking forward to having my knitting pals over for a Christmas knitting night. we have been exchaning secret knitter gifts and next Thursday my pal will be showered with Loopy goodies:) Including the mini sock that I knit...so I have a feeling my whole group will become Loopy groupies!

The cornbread rolls look delish, but how would one do it without a bread machine? Would the dough hook on my kitchenaid work?

I completly understand about the peppermint mocha sbucks addiction. Another yummy solution? Land o Lakes is making a peppermint mocha flavored half n half this year. I've been adding it to my coffee at home almost daily... it's not the same, but it's saving me money!
