I've been wondering if you ever made any of your Woolpets. I ordered the penguin awhile back but I haven't made him yet. Loopy, however, is TOO cute.
I can't wait for the Sock Club yarn to arrive. I just finished my Perchance to Knit Mexicali Peppers socks. Hot stuff! And on the needles I have the Apple Laine sock yarn. I'm working through my Loopy orders quickly.

Mine's here too!! The Perchance To Knit in Bouganvillea and Yarn Pirate in Primrose are gorgeous! The matching stitch marker with the PTK is so pretty, feel like I should knit it into the item. The Seacoast Handpainted in Cobbler reminds me of end of summer and fruit cobbler, exactly as it's name. I LOVE the appreciation gift! (sshhhhh almost more than the other yarns) Thank you thank you for the glorious yarns and for the speedy shipment, that can't have been easy....

omg omg omg omg omg! All my yarn just arrived from the Sneak Up and it is SO insanely gorgeous I can't stand it. I couldn't begin to pick favorites. Having said that I keep petting and fondling the Handmaiden Sea Silk and Rowan Kid Silk Haze and the Handmaiden cashmere. You all just have to get some of these - ANY of them - just to touch it. It does something for the soul to touch things so equisite. The Schaefer Andrea silk... like satin almost. Then there is the Baruffa laceweight which is so beautiful and fine. I have visions of great things surrounded by these bundles of perfection. The colors are wonderful as well. I am very fond of the Black Purl by Helen's Laces... so striking in person. Also love the chocolate Baruffa and the Ice Cream Rowan. Not to mention the Seacoast colors. I am stymied about what to use first. As they say though, this is a high quality problem. :-)

Thanks too Sheri for the lovely appreciation week yarn. I totally dig them and will definitely be using it.

if i ever again have money, i will probably have to get a little lamb kit. but that may be a while.

My hats, well, it's warm out and i don't want to sit in my room knitting until i get the storm windows out (it's difficult because a lot of my family members are afraid of heights and my windows are second floor), because it is really hot in there. if i am late with the hats and stuff, could i still send them in and get them to where they are going??

The new Loopy Woolpet is adorable. I love how is little red-socked feet splay out. Too cute! Someday I will get one but am still recovering from the huge order last week. Those woolpets are all just the coolest things. I told several friends about her site.

I can hardly believe my eyes that there is still MORE new stuff coming in. I love the Cider Moon yarn I already have (so nice and squishy) and now I am intrigued by Stone Barn Fibers just cause I like the name. I'm sure it is lovely as you have never had anything but beautiful products. How on Earth can I justify more yarn after last week though? I walked around Saturday with an armload I had been admiring on the sofa... an unexpected guest popped in and I had to move it ... but where? I have to knit A LOT faster. :>)

I've succumbed to several Woolpets ever since you mentioned them. But I can see there's at least one more in my future. I'd better get some of the others made right quick so I won't have as big a case of the guilts.

I guess it's back to stalking the site again for me. (Perchance to Knit laceweight = WantItMineMineMine)

Oh boy Sheri...are you trying to send us over the edge? LOl, I don't even know if I ever thought of making a Woolet and now I know I HAVE too....or two, LOL..
My DS(getting masters next month) lived at school for three years and then back home, his choice, the college is maybe an 18 minute drive so I would bake brownies every other week, cut them leave in Pyrex wrap in foil and towels and drive to schol, give him a call the brownies were here and he would bring them still hot back to his room....he sometimes didn't make it back to his room as the the other students were smelling them...I had to very the day after a while because I think, like the sneak up, there was a brownie watch...I imagine I will be doing the same for younger son in fall, same college...
