I can almost taste how good this is. The picture brings to mind the crock pot beef my mom used to make- probably tastes nothing like it as she mostly just threw in a ton of veggies and a roast but it brings back memories.

I just have to tell you this story. Your just going to love it. I made the Italian Shredded Beef on Sunday. I thought a great dinner for watching football with fries. I told my hubby to take the roast out (by the way I use a chuck roast insead) of the crock pot and turn the oven on for the fries. As we we shredding the meat and getting fries together, I was telling my hub about how this recipe came from the internet. WIth that statement, he starts wolfing down the roast before I can get it back in the pot for the rest of the cooking time. I had to laugh because there have been a few too many internet recipe distaters in our house! He ended up loving the meal even though he had eatten a lot of the meat before we added the rest of the stuff. He said that the meat was perfect and was surprised at what was in it. Kudos because he’s a cook and the pickist eater I have ever encountered.

Just came across both your shop and your blog and I cannot WAIT until the next time I get paid, because a very large chunk of it will be spent here! I actually spent most of my afternoon on a rare day off (!!!) reading the entirety of the blog and I’m hooked!
