Happy Belated Birthday Knitting Daughter!! My husband and I and our 2 adult sons went to Las Vegas this past week and got home late last night. So much fun. Three of us are celebrating birthdays ending in “0″ this year and youngest son just turned 25. So it was a big birthday trip for us. Not much of a gambler, but had so much fun seeing different shows and sites. While gambling I kept saying to myself…if I put this money in the machine, that’s less money for yarn and the retreat….SO 2/3′s OF MY MONEY CAME BACK HOME WITH ME! Looking forward to seeing the Loopy Legends..you come up with great ideas. Oh and I love the Fiesta Boomerang that just arrived at my door. It’s just beautiful.

I am heading to my comfy RED sofa(never thought I would have it reupholstered in red but it works…)and finishing up the first sock of the Cookie A pattern ‘Marilinda’-using Fleece Artist 2/6 in Madder. This is the first time I have used this yarn and love it! Must knit faster…

You’re always coming up with something new and fun! Loopy Legends! And Angelina does such great colors. This is going to be good! Can’t wait.

This weekend I hope to make some progress on my Chevron Scarf, but there’s also a second baby sock to do (you’d think SSS wouldn’t extend to little bitty baby socks but sadly, with me, it does).
