I love semi-solids. I think they are my favorite yarns to work with, because they give you that feeling of rich color that you don’t always get with a solid while allowing you to showcase intricate stitch patterns. The best of both worlds!

Can’t wait to see the Luster Sox yarn. It’s great to read about fiber artists doing what they love and loving what they do.

I’ll tell you what was in my backyard last night – a red fox with a big bushy tail! So beautiful. Fortunately the kitties were all safely inside. Still waiting for the bears to appear.

I am so happy that you shared your interview with these two women. I met them at the Connecticut Sheep and Wool Festival last month. It’s so great to see two women who love what they do and who have become even more successful than they had dreamed. I admit to gushing over their yarns that I purchased from The Loopy Ewe. I also gushed over your terrific customer service…I ordered around noon on a Wednesday and the yarns were waiting for me when I got home from work on Friday afternoon. Love the yarns, love the stories, love you all at TLE.

We lived in St. Louis for several years and had a favorite pond in Forest Park that always had mallard families in the spring, so I’m hoping you’re going to show us a pic of mallard chicks! I’m so happy Stephanie and Mona undertake the daily challenge of balancing full-time work, family, and their fiber business – they are appreciated!!!
