I am loving all the extra blog posts. I am working on a pair of socks, a sweater and a Shetland Tea Shawl. Most of my knitting time these days has been taken up by spinning. I am even thinking of starting to save up for a second wheel. I never thought I would want another.

I like the extra blogging! You've got a great 'voice'!

I'm working on a facecloth for guild, and my Clapotis in Trekking XXL. Maybe I can get it finished and put into the County Fair, and THEN gift it!

Gotta check out the site for reds for future Red Scarves. I saw one in Dream in Color Classy, a really nice red, but the Ravelry listing didn't include the color name.

Another fan of String Theory chiming in to say I'm thrilled you've added them to The Loopy Ewe. I hope you'll check out their Bamboo Merino - it isn't listed in the sock yarns but it is a fingering weight that makes fabulous socks. And scarves. Their colors are my absolute favorites.

I'm so glad you're having a good time on vacation and finding time to do things you enjoy, Sheri.

OTNs for me right now is Girasole in DIC Some Summer Sky. I'm up to the 640 stitches chart. It goes really quick until then. Maybe I'm having a mental block due to the number of stitches.

I've also got a couple of Anne Hanson shawls going, but Girasole has taken over. And then there is that poor lonely sock for my son. Yes, I'm guilty of 2nd sock syndrome. Must work on 2nd sock. It's a quick knit and I don't know why I resist.

Lots of projects lined up. Definitely another Girasole. This one will be in Butter Peeps for my dau for Christmas. Hey, it's less than 6 months away!

Got some String Theory coming my way. Can't wait.

Have a great rest of your vacation. The elves are doing a great job holding down Loopy Central.

Girasole, Girasole, Girasole. It so interrupted my knitting plan for the year that has been chugging right along. But I'm glad it did - and I'm loving the Malabrigo worsted of which it's being knit. Now I'm imagining a Malabrigo cardigan....also not on the plan..... :)
