I need to spend about an hour while not trying to watch a TV show to wander your web site. Such beautiful yarns. I’m knitting mindless cotton dishcloths. Time to start a new hat or something more challenging. Sometimes mindless knitting is ok.

We went for the last visit to Co. in August of ‘99. The Columbine always reminds me of that trip to Breckenridge! We loved Frisco and my parents always kick themselves that they did not buy a house there in the late 80’s. Now the growth is crazy, it is still quaint but definitely different. We really need to get back there, when I went there first I had started dating my husband, second trip we went together, third time we were married and had an almost 2 year old expecting her brother the next year. Now we have 5 kids and really need to get out more! Thanks for reminding me of that!

The columbine is especially pretty–those are such interesting flowers. I think I am especially intrigued by mountain flowers because I have never lived in the mountains and only visited once or twice. I’ve only seen lupines once in person and I thought my eyes were going to be seared from staring at the amazing colors. I am glad you got so many photos!

Those are wonderful photos!! I received my sock club box today and was excited. I love everything!!! That is one of my favourite yarns and the pattern is really great. Thanks for all the goodies too. This is just the best sock club I have been in!! Thanks for making it so much fun!

Glad you made it back!

Our church’s Senior High group got back last night from being in Colorado (near Pikes Peak) for 10 days. Looking at your pics and the ones that brought back, makes me want to go there even more.

And the pics are just awesome!
