It uses a lot less cocoa and sugar (I only use 1 cup for a less sweet, real Oreo cookie flavor) and they flatten out themselves while baking. They also soften up amazingly and taste awesome if you let them sit overnight. Mmmm, now I think I'll be making some for myself tonight!
