Ooh, yummy. Last Christmas brought me an incredible soup pot, and I went on a soup-making binge. Five different soups, probably two gallons each, frozen individually. I made the Wild Rice and Chicken soup—same recipe—but substituted Morningstar Farms Chik’n Strips instead. (Real chicken grosses me out.) It worked out great! Froze well, defrosted well—I just finished the last container of that soup. Time to make more!

YAY the webcam is up…………..everything looks so amazing………..slumber party in store…….what a way to go…………..got my first order from Colorado and another one is on the way and another one in my basket…………..this afghan i am making has officially taken on its own life………I am such a loopy groupie………………….mY order only took three days….amazing since this is such a busy time and USPS is getting used to the massive packages going out to us everyday……………….Thankyou Colorado Elves and Sheri for continuing such awesome customer relations, Hubby said my yarn has taken over the spare room and he has had dreams that my collection along with my dolls are soon going to invade his man cave…..lol

Ooh, look at all the windows and all the lovely light! And so much space — yes, the suggestion I saw of roller skates for the elves might be a good idea. I’ve already gotten my first order from Colorado, and I know there will be many more to come. Yay!

Yay! The Webcam is up – the next best thing to being there in person. Now if I can only figure out a way to justify a trip from NY to Colorado to meet all of you and see the new store. Oh yeah, and maybe buy some yarn too.
