Thanks so much for posting this tempting recipe. It took me a week to get to it, but my 15 year old son and I made it together last night and we both thought it was terrific. In fact we’ll be eating it tonight as we watch the Pats pound the Broncos Seems fitting….

I made this same soup this fall and everyone loved it! My school is having a soup pot luck lunch this week and I think i will take the Lasagna Soup I made a wonderful tomato soup last week that turned out fabulous. Once you have homemade soup there is never going back to the canned!

I am watching the Frozen Four at Fenway park on Saturday. I’ll be there with knitting in hand (because even if I don’t get one stitch done it is another layer of warmth if it gets cold). Sunday I’m going to the local indoor pool and doing some swimming, so I am not a slug all weekend long!

I’m enjoying the day off work today, knitting an Ashby for my MIL. I’m trying to get that finished so I can devote my full attention to the 1st quarter challenge. The soup looks delicious!
