This scarf is composed of coral lacy motif and coin lace motif. The coral lacy motif, like a dancing pink coral in the water, looks incredibly soft and ethereal. The coin lace motif, twisted every 4th row, has a cable effect without actual cabling; each twist has an eyelet at the center. The coin lace looks like an old coin, which is how it gets its name. The additional 25 sts pattern repeat can be added for desired width for a stole or blanket.

Size: Scarf is 10 inches wide by 57 inches long after blocking.

Materials: - 400 yds/100g of Fingering weight yarn. Sample shown is knitted with Baah! Yarn La Jolla - it gives this lacy scarf a light, soft and luxurious feeling. - US 5 (3.75 mm) and US 6 (4.0 mm) straight needles, or 24" circular needles.

Gauge: 22 sts per 4 inches over pattern sts after blocking.
