This pattern was part of our July 2010 Sock Club, and was created exclusively for us by Wendy Johnson.

Size: Lightly blocked, the cowl measures approximately 56" circumference around he bottom edge and 22" around the top edge, unstretched. Top to bottom it is approximately 13" long.

Yarn: 460 yards of fingering weight yarn. Shown here is Alchemy Yarns of Transformation (2 skeins required; each is 232 yards, 1.8 oz.).

Needles: US 5 (3.75mm) circular needle, 24" long, or size to obtain gauge.

Gauge: 5.5 ststiches = 1" in stockinette stitch, unblocked.
