Designed by Kate Gagnon Osborn, this beautiful cabled accessory featuring Tundra in larch is designed with bold cables and a lovely knitted-on i-cord edge. Buttonholes and buttons at each end enable the finished knit to be worn as a scarf or a cowl, depending on the wearer's preference.
Yarn: The Fibre Company Tundra (60% baby alpaca, 30% merino wool, 10% silk; 120 yds/100gm skein), 3 skeins (shown in Larch colorway)
Size: 9.75" wide, 55" long
Gauge: 12 sts and 1 rows = 4" in cable pattern
Needles: 1 - 16" US 10.5 (6.5mm) circular needle or pair of straights or size to obtain gauge.
Notions: Stitch marker, tapestry needle, cable needle, 5 - 1" buttons.
Necessary Skills: Knitting, purling, reading cables from a chart.
