Briar Rose Bolero had an unusual seamless construction knit in worsted weight yarn. The bolero is knit from the bottom up with a curved hem shaped with short rows. Puffed sleeves are knit separately and joined to the body at the underarms and then the upper bodice is worked in one piece. To complete the bolero stitches are picked up around the outer edge and the border is worked in the round. Two different stitch patterns are given for the border.

Gauge: 16 sts and 24 rows in st st = 4" / 10cm.

Finished Measurements: 30 (34, 38, 42, 46, 50)" / 76 (86, 97, 107, 117, 127) cm bust.

Materials Used 520 (630, 740, 850, 960, 1070) yds / 475 (575, 675, 775, 875, 975) m of worsted - aran weight yarn.

Needles: Size 7 US / 4.5mm 32" / 80cm circular; Size 7 US / 4.5mm dpns.
