This adorable little shrug is quick to knit and even quicker to put on a squirming baby or toddler. The garment is worked from cuff to cuff. Each size will fit a range of ages. The sizes as listed are for a shrug that lands between the mid-forearm and wrist. The garment may also be worn as a "shoulderette" that lands mid-way down the upper arm. In that case, the large size may fit up to a 4-5 year old.
