This soft Merino yarn is produced in Uruguay by a small family-owned company, along with a rural women's cooperative. Rastita is a single-ply DK weight yarn that is slightly felted. This yarn would create warm hats, cowls, mittens and other shawls.

Please note: The skeins are kettle dyed to create rich, deep colors with subtle shadings. Even within the same dye lots there is quite variation. If you order more than one skein, we will, as always, do our very best to match them as closely as possible. However, we do recommend alternating skeins.
