Size: unblocked, 44" across top and 16" down center back blocked, 58" across top and 23" down center back

Yarn: approx. 350 yards of fingering weight yarn.

Needle: Size US 5 (3.75mm)

Gauge: 5 sts = 1" in stockinette stitch, unblocked. Gauge is not terrible important when knitting lace; however, if gauge is dramatically off, it will affect the size of your shawl and amount of yarn you need.
