Yarn: Worsted weight yarn. Pattern sample made from yarn that had 220 yards per skein, and calls for 3 (3, 3, 3, 4, 4, 4) skeins.

Needles: US 7 (4.5mm) 32" long or longer circular (circ) needle, plus one set of five double-pointed needles (dpn) size US 7 (4.5mm) (optional) - or sizes needed to obtain gauge.

Gauge: 18 sts and 24 rows = 4"
