1 head iceberg lettuce 1 red onion, chipped 3 Tbl. sugar 1 lg. bag frozen peas 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise 3/4 cup Parmesan 1 bag of Fritos
Layer ingredients in the following order: lettuce, red onion, sugar, peas. Mix Parmesan with mayonnaise and â€œfrostâ€ the salad with this mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Before serving, crunch the Fritos in the bag and then sprinkle over the top. Mix up the whole salad and serve.
