Base: 1 box Trader Joeâ€™s Pumpking Bread Mix 2 sticks of butter, very soft 2 eggs
Topping: 1 jar Trader Joeâ€™s Pumpkin Butter 1 8oz brick cream cheese 2 eggs 2 cups powdered sugar
Preheat to 350F.
Butter or spray a 9Ã—13 pan with pan spray. For the base: mix together the pumpkin bread mix, softened butter and eggs until combined. Spread into greased 9Ã—13 pan. For the topping: mix together softened cream cheese, full jar of pumpkin butter and eggs until well combined and smooth. Then add in the confectioners sugar in batches. Pour topping over the base layer. Bake for 45 minutes until the filling is set and the center is barely giggly. Allow to cool for 1 hour. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
