It's here, the A Little Jazz pattern, designed by Samantha Roshak!
Is it a mini shawl? A scarf? Whatever you want to call it, the long half-moon shape and unique construction combine to create a versatile and interesting knit. There is no picking up stitches for the ruffle, no holes down the middle, and no need for a pin to keep it on your neck (they sure are cute, though)! Here is a YouTube video showing how to close the gaps on A Little Jazz scarf.
