Shipping & Delivery

We ship all around the world from our shop in Fort Collins, Colorado so no matter where you are, we can get yarn to you! Every weekday (except for federal holidays) we're here shipping out your orders. Our goal is to ship out your order within one business day.

United States

USPS Priority Mail – we offer free shipping if your subtotal is over $75, otherwise we charge a flat rate of $5.95. Orders typically take 2 - 3 days to arrive once they leave our shop.

Some larger items (e.g. spinning wheels) are shipped via UPS and have additional shipping charges. You'll find a note on their product pages if they require special shipping.

USPS International First Class – during checkout we will estimate your shipping fees starting at $25 for every 10 items in your cart. Whenever possible, we reduce the size and weight of your packaged order to help with shipping costs. Once your order is ready to ship and we have the final weights, we will lower the actual charge if the postage is less than our estimates. Orders typically take 1 - 2 weeks to arrive once they leave our shop depending on your location and your country's delivery speeds.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm just ordering patterns. Must I still pay $5.95 for shipping?

We ship most pattern-only orders in envelopes and will adjust your shipping cost. In most cases it ends up being just $1 - 2. For pattern-only orders with 10 or more patterns, we ship it as a regular order, due to the weight and value of the patterns. When you receive notice your order has shipped, you can go into your Loopy Ewe account and click on that order to see what the shipping ended up being.

Can The Loopy Ewe send my order directly to my secret pal without telling them who paid for it?

Yes! Right after you place your order and receive your order number, just be sure to add a note to that order and we'll keep the secret!

I live in a different country Can you mark my package as a "gift" so that I don't have to pay any additional fees on it? Or can you put a maximum value of $49 on my customs label so that I don't have to pay any additional fees?

We'd love to be able to do that. However, it's not legal for us to do this, and we need to play by the rules. But we agree - additional fees are a bummer and we don't like them either!
