Learn to Tunisian Crochet -
Tunisian Crochet is considered a mixture of crocheting and knitting and has recently been
gaining popularity. In this beginning Tunisian class, you will learn the essentials of
Tunisian Crochet and 1-3 basic Tunisian stitches to create a useful set of coasters. *This
class is suitable for adventurous beginning crocheters or for experienced crafters who would like to learn this new technique.
Supply List:
- Approximately 200-400 yards of Worsted Weight yarn, 2-4 colors
- Universal Cotton Supreme worsted weight yarn, or similar cotton worsted weight
yarn - I-9 (5.5 mm), or J (6.0 mm) Tunisian crochet hook depending on yarn weight
- Darning Needle
- Scissors; pencil
- Pattern for Tunisian Coasters provided at class
*Classes are designed for students 13 years or older. Exceptions may be made, but we prefer to discuss with you whether your child is ready for a class with primarily adults.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so up to one week prior to the class for a Loopy Credit. No refunds will be issued for missed classes.
